**NEW** Vivitrol® Injections:

Vivitrol®, an extended-release injection of Naltrexone, is now being offered at all TRI Center locations. Vivitrol® is used to treat alcohol and opioid dependence after detox* by blocking opioid receptors in the brain and preventing the release of dopamine. This once-monthly injection is administered in the office by a trained nurse. Many of our patients have had success with Vivitrol® and have been returning monthly to continue using this tool in addition to the other services offered at TRI Center.

In addition, TRI Center offers a wide range of specialized programs designed to address a broad spectrum of recovery needs.  These innovative programs offer treatment options above and beyond traditional therapies, allowing patients to benefit from specialized attention where individual situations warrant.

Our intensive, highly structured, yet flexible treatment program is built on a Level of Care design based on differing treatment levels and intensity. Patients are assigned a treatment schedule based on the initial assessment and evaluation. TRI Center’s structure has proven to be clinically effective based on a proactively managed blend of these principles.

This holistic approach in treating the chemically dependent and dual diagnosis patient focuses on the interactions between mind and body and the powerful ways social, emotional, mental, and spiritual factors can directly affect one’s “health.” This treatment respects and enhances each person’s capacity for self-knowledge and self-care.

Our innovative Parenting Curriculum and a Domestic Violence program are both built on our attention to a holistic approach and a non-judgmental approach to change.

TRI Center is licensed and accredited by the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse (OASAS) as an Impaired Driver Offender evaluation and treatment program. Under New York State law any person arrested for a DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) offense may be subject to a drug/alcohol screening evaluation by a certified provider.

At TRI Center we are experts in providing professional intervention to persons dealing with DWI legal issues. Our reputation is based on our many years of experience in evaluating and treating the impaired driver and on the consistently high ratings we have received from the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse.

Designed to address the denial frequently associated with patients struggling with marijuana dependence or abuse. Geared to meet the needs of young adults, this Track has also proven to be effective with patients of all ages.

This strengths-based approach to coaching provides support services at any given stage of change in the recovery process. A recovery coach acts as a personal guide, promotes recovery, removes barriers, connects people with support services, helps set and achieve goals, and more.

Geared to address the needs of the family members of patients, in relation to addiction and its impact on the family environment. Our notion of “family” includes blood relatives, significant others, and persons sharing a household.
